This is a lovely Cynthia Rowley dress from the 90's!  Almost vintage, but not quite.  I wore it once, and it's been hanging in my closet ever since.  Sheer, stretchy viscose blend with a nude camisole underneath.  Funky flower print and perfect for the season.  Some small runs that are barely visible.
