Black and cream floral print dress with waist tie from early 2011.
Brand new with tags attached! Black chiffon at shoulders and black
tiered chiffon hem. Scoop neck and regular back. Material is Silk with
9% lycra and lining is also the same material. Fits loose. Bust is 35
inches, waist 34, hip 34 (straight shape and then to be cinched with
belt). This dress has never been worn!
Price: Paid $300ish in Spring 2011. Asking $140 + shipping
