It has cute plaid straps that are adjustable, a blue crochet bust with a double V neckline, grommet self-tying belt and a cable knit skirt. The skirt portion is a nice heavyweight knit and the dress would hit mid-thigh. Perfect for layering over a top and with thick tights!
