Built by Wendy Dressage Skirt XS

Simple and pretty mini skirt from Built by Wendy from Fall a couple years ago. I have this same skirt in a bigger size and it fits me much better, so I am parting ways with this one.

High waisted fit with pleating at the front along with two side pockets. Material is 100% polyester, but it's not stiff at all and has a satin like sheen to it.

Measurements take flat:
Waist 13 1/2"
Hips: 19"
Length: 17"
