I bought this super cute cloche-style hat from Barney's on Madison Avenue and have never worn it! The body is flexible, not stiff so it feels more like a winter hat than a formal hat, which I think makes it more versatile and easier to wear. It has a small brass tag sewn inside w/Jennifer Ouellette's signature (apparently she designs the headbands for Gossip Girl), no other tag. I believe the material is a wool blend, it is super luxurious and smooth.

Size: one size fits all (probably on the smaller rather than larger side), measures approx. 25 1/2" around perimeter, my head is approx. 22" measured at my forehead, and this fits perfectly.
