[Reduced] Vintage Victorian ruffled secretary blouse

This is a vintage blouse I picked up in Hong Kong. The polyester material is good quality, very easy to take care of and lightweight. The blouse has a light polka-dot pattern and darling tiny ruffles all around the collar, down the front placket, and on each of the cuffs. The collar has two little ties that look good either tied in a bow or hanging open.

There is a small stain on the very bottom hem in the front. I can try to clean this before shipping the item.
