About: This is such a great dress from the Banana Republic outlet. It's super comfortable and can be worn with a shirt layered underneath, plus a cardigan and belted for a very professional look. Or pair it with some fun contrasting tights and a collared shirt. Lots of possibilities. The covered buttons and pockets won me over, but it just never fit me right. I even had the straps taken in a tad, but no luck.
