Yet another piece that I got at a Built By Wendy sample sale a year ago that's never made it into my regular rotation, and must go due to my move. It's got some of the most distinctive details (take a look at that detail shot!), and I really hope someone else will appreciate it. I've only worn it maybe 2-3 times.
It's made of a wonderfully textured light blue and white cotton fabric, with 3 rows of lace underneath the collar in decreasing widths. It has a lovely peter pan collar with a bit of ruffling on the edges. The sleeves are slightly puffed at the wrists, perfect for spring.
