this dress is made of two layers, the outer layer is made of cotton and silk, while the inner slip is of silk. it has black braided straps and confetti print on a light grey dress. the bottom is braided which is looped around the hem of the dress.
i purchased this a few years ago, and wore it several times, but has not gotten enough use since.
