Elie Tahari cotton dress, size small

Bought this at ROSS in Santa Barbara, CA in the summer of 2008, for a mere $50 (instead of $220). I've worn it once. Time to face facts, I just won't wear things that are less than 36" long. This is about 34" long. No tags, but in perfect, like-new condition. 100% cotton, semi-sheer, a dusty periwinkle blue. Attached full slip is made of charmeuse - feels like poly charmeuse. We are moving in July, so I need to clean out my closet!
