Crane-Patterned Zio Skirt (Size 8)

I bought this skirt at Mustardseed sometime in the mid/late 90s. It’s been in my closet for a while but I’ve only worn it once: to a cousin’s wedding, with some kind of black drapey top and giant black leather platforms, total 90s awesome!

WAIST: 15.5” (laid flat)
HIPS: free
LENGTH: 15”
The skirt would fit a size 8 either as a high-waisted skirt with a flared hem, or as a longer skirt fitted at waist and hips. It’s in great shape.
