Details: pockets, removable self tie belt, cute muted rainbow contrast stuff

Material: 100% cotton

Condition: I've worn it maybe four times - pretty good, gently worn, no stains or weird flaws!

Size: 0 - but I am usually like a 2

Approximate Measurements:
Waist: 12.5"

Why am I letting it go?: I love seersucker, but I have a too much stuff. I haven't worn it at all this summer :(
