Why I'm letting it go: I snapped this up on a clearance rack at Anthropologie really hoping I could make this beautiful jacket work for evening over a cocktail jacket. Unfortunately, the size 0 is just a touch too small for me and looks ridiculous on my 5'11" frame. It's been on a hanger for over a year, and in that time I've tried three or four times to find anything I could pair it with. I'm facing facts: it doesn't work.

the bust measures 16" (armpit to armpit)
the waist (center elasticized band) measures 13" unstretched - note, as the silhouette is somewhat empire, this is a high waist/underbust. It should stretch to about 15" fully extended (max), as I can fit this around my 29" ribcage.
the length, from the center back (base of the collar band) to end of the peplum is 20".
