Handmade by the lovely Ursula in Oakland, CA. Vibrant hand-painted silk crepe de chine in olive, mustard, burnt orange, aqua palette. Floppy collar with tiny bow, “crushed” flutter sleeve, loose fit, nipped at the hip with a narrow elastic, very flattering and eye-catching. Worn once or twice.
