Beautiful textured cotton tunic that can be worn as a top or a dress, from cool label LA-based Black Crane. Has great fringe details at the hems. Worn twice, like new.  Has two layers and made of a structured cotton.  Sleeves can be rolled up or left down.  Purchased from Totokaelo.  Shown on the model in Navy Color.  This dress is a lovely greyish purple.
