Mociun tie-front bubble dress

This is Mociun's iconic tie-front dress, with a bubble hem. I have three tie-front dresses and this one a bit too small across the rib cage for me. It's in great condition overall, but the seam by the tie-front has unravelled a bit (pictured), which would easily fixed.
