Vintage Billycoat blue cape/jacket

Size: one size, over sized

80% wool, 20% nylon. Bright blue fabric. Buttons at shoulder. Two welt pockets in front. Unlined. No stains or rips in fabric. Wore this for many falls/winter but its in great shape.

28.5 inches neck to sleeve cuff

33 inches from back neckline to hem

29 inches from front neckline to hem
