J.Crew Etta Black Patent Heels, Size 7 1/2

Worn only a handful of times and only indoors.  In excellent condition.  3" heel. Perfect for work!  

Please note: my heels were slipping out (I have very narrow heels) so I put an adhesive heel pad in the shoe, which solved the problem.  If you want me to remove it before I ship, I can do so (but it may cause slight damage to the inside of the shoe, depending on how easily it comes off.  I will be very careful, however).  

Paid around $200 but due to the heel pad, I'm asking $50 + $5 shipping (or if in NYC, we can arrange a mutually convenient pick up).
