This is an adorable and RARE dress from Caitlin Mociun's late, great clothing line. It features a tie front and a tulip (bubble-shaped) hem. It's a size small and would fit sizes 2-4. Measurements are available upon request.
It's in excellent pre-owned condition and has been treated with care. As much as I adore this print, the style is not the most flattering on my figure and I don't wear it as much as I should, so I'm passing it on.
