Steven Alan blouse. Tag reads: Authentic bleeding madras, fabric handmade in India. 
Size small, originally $160. Perfect condition.

-Three-quarter sleeves. Cuffs can be rolled and secured with button-tabs.
-Collar, henley placket with wooden buttons.
-Seams along shoulders with gathered detailing.
-Easy, A-line silhouette with a curved hem.

22" from shoulder to hem, 26" from center to hem
20" from armpit to armpit
23" across hem
