For reference, I am 5'3, 118 pounds, 32D chest, & this fit me well, except it was a little too small in the bust. Hits a little above the knee. It would be adorable on someone with a smaller chest!

ReplyDeleteHi! The waist is 13.5" across, measured flat. Total waist measurement is 27". The bodice portion of the dress is fitted, so it would depend on your measurements. I just had a problem with it because I am busty!
