    Hi there. Is the layer underneath wearable without the vest? I'm having a hard time understanding the shape of the bodice. Thanks!

    It is possible to wear the bottom layer without the vest but it is cut in such a way that one would be required to wear a sweater or cardigan over it; i.e. the bottom layer cannot be worn on its own.
