I bought this beautiful silk dress on sale last year, but it has a wonky zipper and I couldn't return it. An adept seamstress could easily replace the zipper and have themselves a lovely new party frock. Just in time for the holidays, too!

    i am interested - but can you please clarify the size? is it a size 2 in numerical sizing or a size 2 as in a Medium? thanks! janellegunther AT gmail DOT com

    The zipper, when zipped, bulges near the base, causing it to flip out a little at the bottom. (Not entirely unlike a vestigial tail!)

    The dress is size 2 as in numerical sizing. It would comfortably fit an extra small or a small.
