Super fun drop waist circle skirt. Grey body, cream circles by DKNY. Size 8. 94% silk; 6% spandex. Side zipper with hook and eye. Top of waist, stretched taut, is 16" and I feel like you can wear it at your natural waist, or below/above. Length is 24.5".
Worn once and in great condition. Great for holiday parties. Black turtleneck, big patent belt and shoes and you're good to go.
