Mociun Tie Front Dress, Small

Professionally hemmed. Fabric is a nice thick cotton, with a beautiful print. I just got a new job and getting rid of things I can't wear to work. I just dry-cleaned it and it is ready for a new home!

empire waist: 15" (adjustable)
bust: 17"
skirt length: now is 25" from bust (professionally hemmed)
