This is a really simple shift dress that I bought at Loehmann's a couple years ago. I don't wear it much because i feel like it is short on me, but I think it would be great for the right person. It's nothing fancy but a really comfortable and simple summer dress that still looks clean cut. It is not a name brand - but the fabric and construction is good quality with a side zipper under one arm. There are also pockets!

Bust: 16" below armholes
Hips: 19"
Hem: 22"
