Purchased from Totokaelo two months ago for $260.00 plus shipping. It's a size one, fits true to size. It's a great shirt, it's just that I'm moving to India in the fall and don't think this will get much wear there! It's I'm asking $165.00 plus s/h fees (I think it's still on sale at Totokaelo for the price I paid, so this is a pretty sweet deal). It's very well-crafted, has been worn twice and recently dry cleaned. It's 100 percent silk lined with 100% cotton. I'd also accept offers on this.
