Super fun printed top from Anthropologie. I love the tie front neckline, and the vintage feel. Blouse is in great condition, worn only a handful of times. Could picture it with a high waisted pencil skirt, or tailored jeans of some sort. Just as a disclaimer, when looking at the tag right side up, it says "pinbil", but I don't think that brand exists. I think the tag is sewn upside down, as shown in the last image, from an ebay store.
