J CREW SHIFT DRESS SIZE 4

Bought this a few years ago..still love it, but again...just sits in my closet for no apparent reason. Great scoop back, nice and airy for summer.
Measurements:
18" bust (armpit to armpit)
3/4 length sleeves (from shoulder 18")

34.5" in length (from top of shoulder to bottom)

Bought it for about 90$
Asking: 25$

    What is it made of? How often has it been worn? And could you ship it for less than $10 – I imagine that if it went regular first-class mail it could be sent for more like $5. Thanks!

    @ Genevieve, nope. shipping from Toronto to the states is at the very least 10$ so I can't move on that. It had some wear but not a whole lot. Believe it's a cotton/linen blend.
