ReplyDeleteUnder arm to under arm is 16" but it's quite stretchy. The fiber content tag is a bit worn off but it looks like it's part acrylic and part wool. Unfortunately I can't quite make out the percent of each. It's not itchy at all and very soft. Thanks!
