RELIST/REDUCED Steven Alan belted dress, XS

Purchased from the Steven Alan shop in Brooklyn last year, this simple but polished dress has 3/4 sleeves, little tucks on the neckline, a self belt, and pockets. It's fully lined and is a super flattering fit. Perfect on its own with ballet flats, or layered with tights and clogs!
