I fell in love with this dress the moment I saw it at Urban Outfitters a few years ago, but have never worn it since it's a bit long for me. It's 100% silk with a lovely light green leafy print, elasticated waist with self-tie, and little ruffles along the neckline and hem. Hits at the knee for most women (but I'm super-petite, so it doesn't work so well on me). I would recommend it for an XS/S, as I believe it runs a bit large. If you'd like measurements, please let me know.
