This listing is for a silk long sleeve Rag & Bone blouse, which buttons in a slightly asymmetrical fashion. The button closure sleeves are gathered and the fit of the blouse as a whole is a bit on the looser side. It measures 15" across the shoulders, 20" from the shoulders, and 18" under the arm. I've only worn it once or twice and wish it could be better integrated into my waredrobe. Maybe it will work in yours. (:
