[sold] Silence + Noise Full Black Skirt

Full Black Mini Skirt from Urban Outfitters. The label says size medium, but really the skirt fits like a small or xsmall, so please check the measurements. The material is 100% woven viscose and has a very soft hand. The waist is a 1.25" wide elastic band. There are two slit pockets on the front. I'm letting this go because I like to keep more of my legs covered up. It's been worn once or twice.

Measurements:
Waist: 26" around, can comfortably stretch to 29-30".
Length: 15"
