Sarah Berman Harris Tweed Coat- M

I bought this coat for around 600 euros five years ago. Thinking that I would layer underneath, I bought it in a Medium, but I guess I never layered enough because it always felt a little too big (I usually take a 2 or a 4) and I therefore rarely wore it.

--100% pure new wool.

-- Green, cream, gray and black Harris Tweed, "handwoven in the Outer-Hebrides."

-- Big brass buttons. One is missing from one of the pockets (priced down accordingly).

-- Picture collar.

--Attached belt.

--Two large patch pockets.

-- a "true" Medium.

-- Made in England.

-- immaculate condition because it has hardly been worn. Except for one missing button.

    Hi,
    I am so sorry you never got to enjoy it properly... It is one of my favorite pieces... However I LOVE that you will pass it on in this very cool way!
    BTW if you are a fan of our Harris Tweed you might like to know that Harris Tweed Hebrides just last week endorsed us officially as designers working in colaboration with Harris Tweed. The only other designers to have this officila endorsement are Vivienne Westwood and Paul Smith.... This may add some value to your sale!

    Wow, thanks Sara (THE Sara? Really? Squeals ensue...)!

    I love, love this coat. Countless people have commented on it. Which is why I kept it for five years even though it was always too big.

    I hope it finds a good, appreciative home. But if nobody claims it here, I may just bring it to a tailor that I heard about yesterday and have the shoulders taken in so I can wear it.

    Nah, aside from the jumpers, I would need to get a pair of boobs for it as well.

    oh, and I am selling it for $160 (inc. shipping if you are in the US, a little extra if elsewhere). It originally cost about 600 Euros, so it's kind of a bargain...
